1. Service Description
The Cycle Transfer service allows customers to transfer their cycles from one location to another, within designated service areas. The service includes the safe handling, transportation, and delivery of cycles to the requested destination.
2. Eligibility
The Cycle Transfer service is available to all customers who meet the requirements as outlined in the booking process.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate details regarding the cycle, including make, model, and any special handling requirements.
3. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official booking system (online or via customer service).
A confirmation email or message will be sent to the customer once the transfer is booked.
Customers must ensure that the cycle is ready for transfer at the agreed-upon time and location.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer to receive a full refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer may incur a cancellation fee of [percentage or fixed amount].
Transfers can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring additional charges.
5. Cycle Preparation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the cycle is in a transport-ready condition, properly secured, and free of any personal items.

6. Pricing and Payment

9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or failure to deliver caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, traffic disruptions, or strikes.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the customer through our website or other communication channels.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pretoria.
